Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your participation must be made in writing. Once your registration processed, a 20% cancellation charge will be retain on your registration fee in case of cancellation. Refunds will be made following the event in the same manner as the original payment was received.
Hotel Reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing and sent by post or fax before 17 September 2007. After this date, all reservation changes and cancellations are to be completed with the hotel directly. After that date, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for one night's room charge plus tax or the entire stay. In the case of a “no show”, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for one night’s room charge plus tax or the entire stay
