Presentations* and Hands-on Sessions** will take place simultaneously in different rooms. The conference participants will be divided into two groups, while the first group will attend the Presentations in the morning and the Hands-on Sessions in the afternoon and the second group vice-versa. The dresscode for both groups is athletic attire.

**Hands-on Sessions will focus on a brief oral presentation accompanied by physical demonstrations of specific strength and conditioning techniques and an opportunity to allow attendees to practise and perform some of these skills.
