Registration Fees
Symposium registration includes entrance to all sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, and the symposium reception. Accompanying persons’ registration includes entrance to the reception, coffee and lunch breaks.

Registration fee includes 20% VAT.
* Please note that ISN Members who have not paid their membership dues for 2008 will not enjoy exclusive ISN Member rates.
** A copy of the student card must be sent to the ISN Global Headquarters in order to benefit from the student fee.

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail or fax three days after receipt of payment of the registration fee.

Liability
In case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the ISN Nexus Symposium to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the symposium, and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Costs referred to the symposium registration are in euros on the registration form. All the payments must be made in euros, and must be received prior to the symposium. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for onsite payment, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If none of these can be supplied, the delegate will be refused to attend the symposium.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 5, 2008. A € 50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by September 5, 2008. Cancellations received after September 5, 2008 will not be refunded. All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made after the symposium in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Hotel Accommodation
Discounted accommodation rates are exclusively available for ISN Nexus Symposium participants at the Marriott Rome Park Hotel.

Conveniently located between Rome city center and airport, the Rome Marriott Park Hotel offers spectacular event facilities and full-service hotel amenities. The hotel is located 14 km to the city centre where you can wander to the Coliseum, ascend the Spanish Steps and make your wish at the Trevi Fountain.

Reservation Policies
Reduced rates are subject to availability. Hotel bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. Reservation requests without such guarantee will not be processed. All room blocks will be released after August 25, 2008. After this date discounted rates cannot be guaranteed.

If the hotel is fully booked, the organizers reserve the right to book the best accommodation possible. Hotel bookings cannot be processed without an official symposium registration.

Individual cancellation policy is 48 hours notice in writing, in the event of a no show all cancellation charges for all nights will be charged to the guest credit card by the Rome Park Marriott Hotel directly.
