Registration Fees
The symposium registration includes entrance to all sessions, coffee, lunch breaks, and the Symposium reception. Registration for accompanying persons includes entrance to the Symposium reception, coffee and lunch breaks.

Registration fee includes 20% VAT.

* Please note that ISN Members who have not paid their membership dues for 2007 will not enjoy exclusive ISN Member rates.

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
To confirm your participation and reservation for the ISN Nexus Symposium, you will receive a confirmation by email or fax three days after receipt of payment of the registration fee. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the ISN Global Headquarters by phone at +32-2-7431546 or by email at info@isn-online.org

Liability
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the ISN Nexus Symposium to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the symposium and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Costs referred to the Symposium registration are in euros on the registration form. All the payments must be made in euros. Payments must be received prior to the symposium. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused to attend the symposium. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 1, 2007. A € 50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by September 1, 2007. Cancellations received after September 1, 2007 will not be refunded. All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made after the symposium in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Hotel Accommodation

Discounted hotel accommodation rates are exclusively available for ISN’s Nexus Symposium participants at the Hilton Vienna.

All Hilton guest rooms offer garden or city views and wireless Internet access. Executive rooms include an executive lounge and invite guests to complimentary continental breakfast, light snacks and beverages.

Applicable room rates

Single room: € 185 (per night, including breakfast)
Double room: € 210 (per night, including breakfast)

Reservation Policies
Reduced rates are subject to availability. Hotel bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. Reservation requests without such guarantee will not be processed. All room blocks will released after October 1, 2007. After this date discounted rates cannot be guaranteed. We therefore advise you to book early. If the hotel is fully booked, the organizers reserve the right to book the best accommodation possible. Hotel bookings cannot be processed without an official Symposium registration.

No cancellations made less than 14 days before the date of arrival can be accepted. In case of cancellation made less than 14 days before the date of arrival or no shows of client, the hotel allows it self to charge the room rate for the total envisaged period of residence.
