Registration Fees
The symposium registration includes entrance to all sessions, coffee-breaks, luncheons and the Symposium Reception. Registration for accompanying persons includes entrance to the Symposium reception, lunches and networking breaks.

* Please note that ISN Members who have not paid their membership dues for 2006 will not enjoy exclusive ISN Member rates.

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
To confirm your participation and reservation for the ISN Nexus Symposium, you will receive a confirmation by email or fax three days after receipt of payment of the registration fee. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the ISN Global Headquarters by phone at +32-2-7431546 or by email at info@isn-online.org

Liability
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the ISN Nexus Symposium to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the symposium and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Costs referred to the Symposium registration are in euros on the registration form. All the payments must be made in euros. Payments must be received prior to the symposium. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused to attend the symposium. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before September 1, 2006. A € 50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by September 1, 2006. Cancellations received after September 1, 2006 will not be refunded. All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made after the symposium in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Discounted hotel accommodation rates are exclusively available for ISN’s Nexus Symposium participants at a number of selected hotels in Copenhagen.

The Hotel Kong Frederik is a deluxe hotel with a unique atmosphere. The hotel was given its current name in 1898. However, the hotel dates back much further. There have been inns, pubs and hotels on the site since the 14th century, which give this hotel centuries of tradition when it comes to making customers feel at home. The hotel situated by the Town Hall Square in central Copenhagen. In its vicinity you will find the Copenhagen Town Hall, the main pedestrian street, Strøget, Tivoli Gardens and the Central Station. This central address qualifies the Hotel Kong Frederik as one of the best-located hotels in Copenhagen.

Reservation Policies
Reduced rates are subject to availability. Hotel bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. Reservation requests without such guarantee will not be processed. All room blocks will released after September 1, 2006. After this date discounted rates cannot be guaranteed. We therefore advise you to book early. If the hotel is fully booked, the organizers reserve the right to book the best accommodation possible. Hotel bookings cannot be processed without an official Symposium registration.
